We are looking for someone who is highly organised, enthusiastic and driven to succeed to join us as our new Care Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to the Nursing and Care Team and be based within Lister (for people living with dementia).
You’ll be responsible for providing a professional, welcoming, customer focused ‘front of house’ service to all residents, visitors and staff, following the relevant policies and procedures to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
