Mrs Kathleen (Kit) J Slattery

A wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, sister & Aunt who will be loved & missed forever. Kit was born in Westbourne Park, London N10. The third of ten children born to Ethel & Ernest Webb & Christened Kathleen Jane Webb but always known as either Kit or Kitty. She often referred to her years spent in the services with great fondness & brought recent history to life with her tales of her life as an ATS girl during the 2nd World War. Kit enjoyed a long, happy & healthy life. She had a great sense of humour, a smile that lit up the room & an infectious laugh. She loved her family dearly & was dearly loved in return by her daughter, two grandsons, five great grandchildren, a surviving brother & many nephews & nieces. Kit passed away very peacefully surrounded by her family.
