A warm welcome can make all the difference – and that’s exactly what our Meet & Greet volunteers provide. From the moment visitors step through the door, you’ll help to create a warm, relaxed, and reassuring first impression.
Whether it’s providing directions to a room or space, helping them sign in using our digital reception, or offering a chat and a cuppa while they wait, you’ll be a familiar face to residents, staff and visitors alike.
You might also support residents and people using our Day Care and Lunch Clubs by helping them to find their way around, or simply enjoy a few minutes of conversation that will brighten their day. You’ll also work alongside staff to notify them when a visitor has arrived.
It’s a role that suits someone who enjoys meeting new people and lending a hand. You’ll be a friendly support to the community in our Homes – and hopefully you’ll find that the people you meet, and the smiles and stories you share, make your day brighter too.
