Please Donate
  1. By signing up to Caring Together you are committing to an on-going monthly donation to Royal Star & Garter using your credit or debit card.
  2. Your donation will be taken on the day you first sign up, and then on the same date each subsequent month.
  3. Your donation will continue until you cancel it, either by contacting us or directly via your bank. If you cancel your monthly donation, your final tips from us will be the one received in the month of your final donation.
  4. Your welcome pack will be sent out to you within 14 working days of receipt of your first donation. The monthly e-newsletter will be sent approximately 4 weeks after this pack is sent, and then every 4 weeks thereafter around the date of your first donation
  5. You can cancel your donation at any time by calling 020 8481 7674, or emailing us on supportercare@starandgarter.org
  6. The Caring Together campaign is designed to last for 12 months/editions.  After which your gift will be taken as a regular donation with no further materials being sent to you other than our normal marketing materials.  You can cancel your donation at any time as per point 3 above. You can tailor how we communicate with you by contacting us via the phone and email above.
  7. By donating to Royal Star & Garter and receiving our welcome pack and emails, you are agreeing to receive information about the product via post and email. This will include information about our work, other ways that you can support us, and messages of thanks for your support.
  8. We understand that not everyone will want to know more about our work, or ways you can support us beyond the information sent to you as part of our Caring Together campaign. When you sign up, you can tell us how you’d like to hear from us outside of the Caring Together campaign, and can change this at any time by calling us on 020 8481 7674 or emailing us at supportercare@starandgarter.org
  9. If we are unable to collect your donation on the due date due to your card expiring, and still want to receive our information, please get in touch with us – we’ll be happy to help.
  10. Our tips and advice are meant as guidelines only, and are being shared based on our experiences and knowledge.  This campaign is to help signpost and give general guidance, with details of other organisations being shared during the campaign.
  11. We always recommend you speak to your GP or specialist consultant who will signpost additional support, therapies and medical interventions.
  12. The welcome pack can only be delivered to valid United Kingdom addresses (excluding BFPO’s).
  13. We may choose to change or cease this campaign at any time. Whilst we’ll inform you of any major changes such as the need to end the regular donations, minor changes to its design and contents may not always be communicated to you.
