The Royal Star & Garter Homes appoints Director of Supporter Engagement
Caley has extensive experience in brand development and will use this to lead the Charity’s brand review next year. She will also have an initial focus on growing and developing the community events programme, working to increase legacy pledges and bringing new insight and direction into individual giving activity and processes.
Commenting on her role, Caley explained: “I’m excited to be joining an organisation that is able to be both long term and strategic about its fundraising growth. I am really driven by the cause, my father was in the Army Education Corp and my grandfather was a member of the TA serving in the Honourable Artillery Company. With this background I am looking forward to meeting residents, learning more about the first-class care they receive and being able to bring their stories to life.”
The Charity’s Chief Executive, Andy Cole, said: “I’m absolutely delighted that Caley is joining The Royal Star & Garter Homes. The Charity is on an exciting journey to deliver our new strategy, opening our largest Home in High Wycombe later this year and developing services to help more veterans than ever before. Caley has a fantastic track record and will lead a great team as we grow income streams and strengthen the position of one of the country’s iconic military charities.”
