Occupational Therapist

We are looking for an outstanding Occupational Therapist to join our Surbiton Home. You will be part of a forward thinking and driven team, empowering residents to maximise their independence.

You will provide comprehensive assessments of residents, using an individualised goal setting and holistic approach to demonstrate outcomes.

You will also help train and empower the staff team to deliver occupational therapy interventions identified in the individualised care plan, as well as enabling and supporting residents to maximise their potential holistically through rehabilitation and enablement.
