Clinical Care Manager

We are looking for a Clinical Care Manager to join the team at our CQC rated Outstanding Home, working as part of an experienced, established and professional management team. You will be responsible for delivering the highest quality nursing and dementia care and services to residents and beneficiaries.

You will need to demonstrate warmth and understanding of older people with disabilities and physical care needs and, those living with a dementia drawing on high level of emotional intelligence. You will act as an advocate for residents and staff, pro-actively seeking solutions to problems.

This is a brand new role where the successful candidate will be have the opportunity to shape and develop the role as it evolves.
