Care Quality Commission - How Are We Doing?

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England. CQC Inspectors visit each of our Homes and produce reports based upon their observations. Inspectors talk to residents, care and administration staff, volunteers and family members. They also observe care and support activities in both Homes, alongside a tour of the premises and a check of records, policies and procedures, in order to make a thorough assessment.
